TB-500 Reconstitution Calculator
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4 studied alongside BPC-157 for recovery research (the "Wolverine stack"). It arrives lyophilized and is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. Because weekly research doses are larger than BPC-157, vial-to-water ratios matter for accurate measurement.
For laboratory research use only.
Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Enter your vial size and bacteriostatic water volume. The calculator outputs the resulting concentration per mL and per insulin syringe unit. For procedural reference only.
Reading the result: If you have a 5mg vial reconstituted with 2mL of BAC water, your concentration is 2,500 mcg/mL. On a U-100 insulin syringe, that's 25 mcg per IU mark.
For laboratory research use only. This calculator is a procedural reference for concentration math. It does not constitute dosing advice. Researchers should consult published literature and qualified expertise for their research protocols.
TB-500 concentration reference
Pre-computed concentrations for common TB-500 vial sizes (5 mg, 10 mg) across 1–3 mL of bacteriostatic water. All values assume a U-100 insulin syringe.
| Vial | BAC water | Concentration | Per IU (U-100) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 1 mL | 5,000 mcg/mL | 50 mcg |
| 5 mg | 2 mL | 2,500 mcg/mL | 25 mcg |
| 5 mg | 3 mL | 1,667 mcg/mL | 16.7 mcg |
| 10 mg | 1 mL | 10,000 mcg/mL | 100 mcg |
| 10 mg | 2 mL | 5,000 mcg/mL | 50 mcg |
| 10 mg | 3 mL | 3,333 mcg/mL | 33.3 mcg |

- Dosing range: 2–2.5 mg per dose, 1–2× weekly in early research design; lower maintenance after (published range)
- Administration: Subcutaneous
- Storage: Refrigerate after reconstitution; typically used within 30 days in research protocols.

How the math works
Concentration (mcg/mL) = vial mass (mg) × 1000 ÷ bacteriostatic water volume (mL). For a 5 mg TB-500 vial reconstituted with 2 mL, that is 2,500 mcg/mL. On a U-100 insulin syringe (100 IU marks per mL), each IU mark holds 25 mcg.
